Born Adam Ricardo, Ayydee an artist/producer from Birmingham always had an interest in music, he developed his fascination for poetry during primary school, making him invest in his writing skills. By the time he was in high school, he started writing music, evolving his intrigue for the music industry.
Ayydee's main musical interests are R&B and soul music, inherited from his mother and influencing the melodic side of his sound. Motivated by his father's old-school interests, Ayydee is also drawn to rap/hip-hop and some of its sub genres such as trap and drill, which built a foundation for the singing techniques.
He has released 5 self-produced singles over the years including; “Shooters”, “Bad Jawn”, “BRB”, and most recently “G-Drive/Ice Cold”, ‘‘02 Kobe’’ & ‘‘TXT U BACK’’. Ayydee has also produced singles for UK artists such as Young Teflon and Genius Music member Nyla Sings.
His latest single, “TXTUBACK’, a captivating blend of cutting-edge sonic elements and a reminiscent 90s production aesthetic. With a keen vision for musical excellence, Ayydee showcases his hometown talent, offering a unique experience that pushes boundaries and captivates listeners.
